Notes:
The Root River Light was replaced in 1866 by the Racine Harbor Light, located about 1/2 mile away. The tower and dwelling were sold in 1870, then demolished in 1876. Tower Height: 34 Description of Tower: Conical brick tower with a detached keeper's dwelling.
