The Grand Island East Channel Lighthouse now has a number of new products for sale to help in the restoration of the lighthouse.
Since the original article on the plight of the lighthouse appeared in Lighthouse Digest the local group has received lots of publicity and a large number of participating volunteers. Local businesses are now supporting the project and the local high school is now building a model of the lighthouse to assist them in fund raising.
