This photo shows the equipment installed in the machine room in various sections. The Diesel engine (Deutzmotor), started by means of compressed air, and was doubly protected (2 generators, 3 motors, 2 compressors, 2 dynamos). There were two wiring systems: one of 17 000 V for technical requirements, the other of 110 V for domestic needs. the various workstations in the lighthouse, the foghorn and the generator house
