Our holiday cover image this year features the Forty Mile Point Lighthouse, near Rogers City, Michigan and was done once again, by Maine artist Virginia Souza. She said she couldn’t come up with a title, and that we, the office staff, could have the honors. It was unanimously decided that this year’s title would be “Santa and His Squirrelly Friends.” For the last 14 years, Souza has come up with cute images of Santa, reindeer, and lighthouses; but this is the first time that the little squirrels were asked to help.
