Año Nuevo's light tower, constructed in 1916, was toppled by the Coast Guard in 1976. Today it lays on the ground as a rusted out hulk from a time when lighthouse keepers and lookout crews proudly served at a station that was maintained in the highest tradition. Back to the edition of: July 2008
