Special cachet envelope postmarked on the day of Stamp Ceremony at Hillsboro Lighthouse. The cachet envelope was designed by Max Cohen and Bob Lingo with the advisement of Hib Castleberry, president of the Hillsboro Lighthouse Preservation Society.
