Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial located in Put-in-Bay, Ohio resembles a lighthouse. The tower is located on South Bass Island, 3 miles offshore from Catawba and 8 miles from Port Clinton, OH. It is the tallest open-air observation deck under the auspices of the National Park Service. At 317 feet tall it accessed by elevator and is open to the public for a nominal fee.
