CWO Waldrip also presented Connie with a Coast Guard Certificate of Appreciation signed by Capt. Blaine Horrocks, Chief of Aids to Navigation of the First Coast Guard District, for her dedication to the nation’s maritime history and honoring her work in lighthouse preservation.
