Charles R. and Ruth Kearn are shown here on their visit last year to Lighthouse Depot in Wells, Maine. They have been married close to 55 years and have 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and as they say, “terrific son in laws.” Due to space in this magazine we were unable to share with you all the photographs and memories they shared with us. However, we do thank them for helping to preserve this part of our nation’s maritime history. All of their information will become part of our permanent archives for future generations.
