The 2nd order Fresnel lens and pedestal from the Stannard Rock Lighthouse, as shown here, is now on display at the Marquette Maritime Museum in Marquette, Michigan. After the lens had been removed from the lantern, it disappeared for 37 years until it was located by Frederick Stonehouse at a Coast Guard warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. He then secured the return of the lens to Marquette where it is now on display. (Photo by Frederick Stonehouse.)
