Erecting scaffolding and wrap to enclose the tower and the entryway and oil room building was quite a challenge to the work crews. As the project rose, they had to hoist all materials up a narrow channel that enclosed this vertical ladder, which was the avenue to the top. Would you want to climb this ladder?
