The Fourteen Foot Shoal Lighthouse as it appears today. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the Coast Guard would again fly the flag of the United States of America at the lighthouse? It surely wouldn’t take that much effort for the Coast Guard to fly and maintain a flag there in the summer months. After all, they are the United States Coast Guard.
