*Photo Caption:*		At his retirement on September 30, 1954, after 40 years of service, Loren Edward Tillett, Sr. was presented with the Albert Gallatin Award, which read in part, “In evidence of the esteem in which you are held by the Treasury Department, which has been the principle beneficiary of your labors for so many years.” The certificate that accompanied the award was signed by the Secretary of the Treasury, George W.
