This issue’s cover image is the Old Point Comfort Lighthouse in Fort Monroe, Virginia by Anna Miller of Illinois. The second oldest light station on the Chesapeake Bay, it is owned and maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard. The keeper’s house and entire fort are now part of Fort Monroe National Monument.
