This light was designed as a range with the Ocracoke Channel Lightvessel. Tower Height: 38 Height of Focal Plane: 39 Characteristic and Range: Fixed white, range 8 nautical miles (in 1857). Description of Tower: Light on the keeper's brick dwelling.
This light is not operational
