This photo of George Watters (l), Dorothy Watters (m), and Della Watters (r) at the Point San Luis Light station was taken in January of 1923. The woman in the hat is identified only as “Mrs. Philbrick.” The group, holding holiday greenery, is standing in front of two cisterns that supplied water to the station.
