Aerial view of Wisconsin Point Lighthouse taken in 1962 shows the 500-yard length of the breakwater that the men had to crawl over during the storm. The lighthouse is known and has been referred to with a number of different names: Superior Entry Breakwater Lighthouse, Superior Pierhead Lighthouse, Superior Harbor Entry South Breakwater Lighthouse, Superior South Lighthouse, and Superior Entry Lighthouse.
