The Warrenton Interpretative Center at Lighthouse Park in Warrenton, Oregon, which was built to resemble a lighthouse, is where the violin and other items are on display that relate to the no longer standing Point Adams Lighthouse. Building the lighthouse facsimile structure was originally the idea of the late Chuck Thompson and Bud Charlton, and was originally known as the Deep Sea Fisherman’s Benefit Fund and Lighthouse Museum. People from many area communities pitched in to help finance and build the structure. Now known as the Warrenton Visitors Center, it is located at 44 N. Maine Street in Warrenton, Oregon and is managed by the Warrenton Hammond Historical Society.
